- $25 protects a child's teeth with fluoride varnish
- $50 protects a child's teeth with fluoride varnish and a
professional cleaning
- $60 protects a child's teeth with fluoride varnish and dental sealants
- $85 protectsa child's teeth with fluoride varnish, dental sealants, and a professional
cleaning
- $100 helps 3 seniors receive a professional cleaning
